Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

 

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and prepping candidates
  • Developing new business through outreach and networking
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in your specialist market

You’ll work in one of our specialist teams:

 

  • Financial Services (Accountancy & Finance roles)
  • Commerce & Industry (Commercial finance roles across industries)
  • Technology (Tech placements across sectors)
  • Change & Transformation (Project, change & transformation talent into FS and C&I)

Skills

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Recent graduate or final year student (any degree discipline)
  • Ambitious, resilient, and target driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, sales focused environment
  • Interest in recruitment, sales, finance or tech a bonus — but not essential
