Some of the duties you can expect to be involved in as a graduate recruitment consultant are:
- Developing strong relationships externally with candidates and clients and internally with your colleagues across our office network.
- Building your own client base and candidate network
- Candidate attraction through various marketing and advertising methods
- Researching and building your own market map to build on.
- Business development through networking and selling yourself and the Marks Sattin brand
The role of a consultant will see you wear many hats, it is a challenging yet rewarding career in so many ways from a financial perspective as well as the sense of achievement from helping change people's lives.
