Responsibilities

  • Leading fee earner within the business, generating consistent levels of revenue in line with your targets.
  • Develops new business and develop existing business with clients.
  • Meets sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan
  • Deals with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
  • Client visits – new and continuing – identify and follow up business leads
  • Negotiates fee rates with input from the line manager and Director (at a minimum of 20% average).
  • Writes and places job advertisements
