We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team in Amsterdam. You will be a specialist within the finance and accountancy market. You will have the chance to work with some of the most successful and interesting businesses in the Dutch market. Progression and the chance to make something your own is on hand with support from some of the best recruiters in the market.

Responsibilities

Your promise to us:

  • Develop new business and build on relationships with our existing clients in the Dutch market
  • Book and attend client visits with new and existing clients
  • Locate and follow up leads
  • Meet sales and revenue targets as agreed with your line manager
  • Negotiate terms and fees
  • Service your candidates and clients with highest level of service, be their trusted advisor
  • Qualify roles and gain full understanding of clients needs and their business
  • Develop a strong network of exclusive talent in the accountancy and finance market
  • Pre-screen candidates and assist with interview preparation
  • Manage every stage of the recruitment process including offer management and after care
