We are looking for an experienced tax recruiter to head up the tax function for London and the South. This is a warm desk to take advantage of from both a client and candidate perspective.

 

In H1 alone we registered 96 vacancies in the tax market - proving there is appetite for someone to spearhead, grow and scale within this area.

 

Support is on hand with the chance to build your own business with autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business within the tax market and build on relationships with our existing clients
  • Book and attend client visits with new and existing clients
  • Meet sales and revenue targets as agreed with your line manager
  • Negotiate terms and fees
  • Service your candidates and clients with highest level of service, be their trusted advisor 
  • Become an expert in the tax field
  • Qualify roles and gain full understanding of clients needs and their business
  • Develop a strong network of exclusive talent
  • Pre screen candidates and assist with interview preparation
  • Manage every stage of the recruitment process including offer management and after care
  • Assist with internal recruitment, training and mentoring of colleagues as the team grows
